Lose weight
Yes, I know the solution. The highly controversial diet of eating less and exercising more.
But, how does one do it?? Do tell.
I didn't eat much today.
Cleaned the inside of the car along with other house duties.
Planned to walk, but it rained.
Drinking lots of water.
Woe is me....I haven't lost 20 lbs. yet!!

Feeling a little sad
Hi,
been worried about grandson Dalton. He has been diagnosed with Brain Cancer and will soon start chemo and radiation. Pathology reports did not look good.
